How to Ship Us Your Fork, Shock, or Motor

We want to make sure your suspension or motor arrives safely and gets back to you performing at its best. Please follow these steps when preparing your shipment:

1. Clean & Prepare

• Light clean only: Wipe down your fork, shock, or motor to remove excess dirt and mud. A full detail isn’t necessary, but please don’t ship it caked in grime.
• Motors: Disconnect all wiring and remove cranks/chainring unless instructed otherwise.

2. Pack Properly

• Forks: Wrap stanchions carefully with foam or bubble wrap, and protect the lowers with padding. Place in a sturdy box.
• Shocks: Wrap in bubble wrap, paying extra attention around the shaft to prevent damage. Small boxes with padding work great.
• Motors: Use heavy padding (foam or dense bubble wrap) around the motor body, especially on the drive axle. Double-box if possible.
• General tip: The component should not move inside the box. Shake test it—if it shifts, add more padding.

3. Include Your Information

Please include a printed note inside the box with the following:

• Full name
• Return shipping address
• Phone number and email
• Description of service requested (e.g., “Full rebuild,” “Bearing replacement,” or “Inspection—advise before service”)

5. Choose a Carrier & Protect Your Investment

• We recommend USPS Priority or UPS for reliability.
• Insure your shipment for the replacement value of your suspension or motor.
• Always save your tracking number—we’ll confirm once your package arrives.

6. Turnaround Time

• Forks & Shocks: Most services completed in 24–48 hours.
• Motors: Rebuilds typically 2–3 days depending on parts availability.
• We’ll keep you updated on status and let you know as soon as your service is complete.
